Background: CYDAT is non profit organization based in Mutare. It provides platform  where youth voices should be heard. CYDAT is aiming to bring together talents that exists in Zimbabwe to fight poverty, corruption, therefore this organization engages in Advocacy in protection of human rights and also builds the capacity of young people to acquire skills in conflict management and Peace building. It also pushes its interests on Climate change and drug Abuse Our areas of interests in Manicaland are, Zimunya, Gombakomba, Dora, Chigodora, Mutare Urban and rural, Penhalonga, Honde valley and Muradzikwa. Consequently CYDAT embarks on poverty reduction strategies like skills acquisition, education and counselling. CYDAT mandate is a holistic approach designed for humanitarian services in promoting sustainable development in a peaceful environment.
